The Business Development Executive / Senior Executive is responsible for driving the growth of ISCA’s professional qualification programmes – SCAQ , Sustainability, and Financial Forensics through strategic outreach, sales generation, and partnership development.
The role focuses on expanding market reach, managing leads, and achieving revenue and enrolment targets, while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as employers, universities, and professional partners.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development, Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, enrolment, and revenue targets for ISCA’s professional qualifications.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporates, universities, and professional bodies.
- Manage the sales pipeline and leads conversion process from initial outreach to enrolment confirmation.
- Track and analyse performance against revenue forecasts, and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and market penetration.
- Prepare business proposals, partnership decks, and commercial offers for potential clients and collaborators.
- Leads & Relationship Management
- Proactively manage and nurture leads through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate tracking of engagement status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, clients, and course participants.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication, programme delivery, and partner satisfaction.
- Outreach & Market Engagement
- Plan and execute outreach activities, including roadshows, information sessions, and industry engagement events to promote ISCA’s programmes.
- Represent ISCA at education fairs, career events, and conferences to build brand visibility and drive course interest.
- Collaborate with employers and industry partners to co-organise learning and networking sessions aligned with ISCA’s professional development agenda.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or business-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the education, training, or professional services sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior knowledge in SSG funding will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in time management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
