As a Corporate Account Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the frontlines of this mission, supporting health, community care organisations and corporate partners upskill their teams through our industry-recognised training programmes.

This is a hands-on B2B sales role where you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing. Your focus: delivering impactful training solutions across the community care, healthcare, and adjacent sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Execution and Client Outreach
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive B2B revenue growth
  • Proactively identify and pursue new leads through outreach, referrals, and events
  • Qualify prospects, pitch solutions, and close deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across healthcare, community care, and corporate sectors
  • Understand client needs and recommend relevant training solutions
  • Follow through on client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to internal teams
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of repeat business and client referrals
  1. Account Servicing and Retention
  • Identify opportunities to introduce additional or complementary training solutions based on client needs
  • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality
  • Maintain accurate records across all sales stages
  • Liaise with internal teams (training and operations) to ensure seamless delivery and follow-through
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned to support organisational goals

Key Requirements

Experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B direct sales (training or healthcare industries preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client accounts
Skills
  • Confidence in cold outreach and closing deals
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative selling approach
  • Digitally savvy, able to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting using digital tools
