Senior Corporate Account Executive / Assistant Manager (B2B Training Solutions)

As a Corporate Account Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the frontlines of this mission, supporting health, community care organisations and corporate partners upskill their teams through our industry-recognised training programmes.
This is a hands-on B2B sales role where you’ll manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing. Your focus: delivering impactful training solutions across the community care, healthcare, and adjacent sectors.

Key Responsibilities- Sales Execution and Client Outreach
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive B2B revenue growth
- Proactively identify and pursue new leads through outreach, referrals, and events
- Qualify prospects, pitch solutions, and close deals
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across healthcare, community care, and corporate sectors
- Understand client needs and recommend relevant training solutions
- Follow through on client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to internal teams
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of repeat business and client referrals
- Account Servicing and Retention
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional or complementary training solutions based on client needs
- Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service quality
- Maintain accurate records across all sales stages
- Liaise with internal teams (training and operations) to ensure seamless delivery and follow-through
- Undertake any other duties as assigned to support organisational goals
Key Requirements
Experience- 2–5 years of experience in B2B direct sales (training or healthcare industries preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client accounts
- Confidence in cold outreach and closing deals
- Excellent communication skills with a consultative selling approach
- Digitally savvy, able to manage outreach, follow-ups, and reporting using digital tools
- Driven by both performance targets and a strong sense of purpose
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and growth-minded
- Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and resourceful in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Singapore’s healthcare and community care sector is a plus
