Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial, body, and device-based treatments (e.g. Hydrafacial, IPL, fat freezing) safely and effectively
- Conduct basic skin and body assessments to understand clients’ conditions and treatment needs
- Provide personalised treatment recommendations in line with doctor’s guidance and clients’ aesthetic goals
- Promote and upsell treatments, packages, and skincare products to achieve sales targets
- Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are always clean, hygienic, and well-maintained
- Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and treatment performance targets
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the aesthetic / beauty industry preferred
- Strong sales, consultation, and customer service skills will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a professional personality
- Willing to work retail hours and shift schedule
- Guaranteed basic salary of $4,000
- Stable 1-day work / 1-day off schedule for better work-life balance
