Aesthetician/Consultant (High Basic/Work Life Balance)

• Perform professional facial, body, and device-based treatments (e.g. Hydrafacial, IPL, fat freezing) safely and effectively
• Conduct basic skin and body assessments to understand clients’ conditions and treatment needs
• Provide personalised treatment recommendations in line with doctor’s guidance and clients’ aesthetic goals
• Promote and upsell treatments, packages, and skincare products to achieve sales targets
• Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are always clean, hygienic, and well-maintained
• Deliver excellent customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach
• Build strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and treatment performance targets

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the aesthetic / beauty industry preferred
• Strong sales, consultation, and customer service skills will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a professional personality
• Willing to work retail hours and shift schedule

• Guaranteed basic salary of $4,000
