IT Engineer ?
- Location (Nearest MRT): Roaming Required, Island wide
- Salary: $2,000 Basic Salary
- Duration of Work: 1 Year Contract (? Renewable!)
- Work Hours: 7.00 AM to 4.00 PM only (No OT!)
- Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT equipment incidents, set up equipment, and provide support for all IT related issues
- Set up IT equipment and provide support for all IT related issues.
- Update IT equipment records in the Management System within 3 working days
- Assist in pushing mobile carts to different venues
- Carry out routine and operational scheduled work
- Regularly build and maintain hard disk images
- Carry out re-installation (cloning) of desktop images
- Conduct annual physical stock takes for IT equipment
- Install applications/upgrades and ensure that all EUCDs owned by the customers are updated with security patches
