Sales and Operation Executive

Job Description:

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with ERP systems and turning data into actionable insights that drive business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze daily sales performance and operational KPIs.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales and operations reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure end-to-end process efficiency.
• Conduct sales forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic planning.
• Manage and analyze large datasets using Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Macros).
• Build and update dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making.
• Use ERP systems to manage and track sales orders, inventory status, and delivery timelines.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on data trends.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Macros).
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (any platform).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, business/data analysis, or similar roles.
• Background in working with cross-functional teams and operational coordination.
