Job Summary

The Project Manager drives the execution of end-to-end logistics projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for meeting customer requirements, managing cost controls, and maximizing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of warehouse operations, structured project management frameworks,, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

Project Execution: Plan,manage, and deliver logistics projects from inception to completion, focusing on process optimization, new implementations, and automation.
Scope & Timeline Management: Define project scopes, timelines, key milestones, and deliverables while tracking progress and dependencies.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead cross-functional alignment across Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering, and external teams.
Risk & SLA Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure full compliance with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Reporting & Reviews: Conduct regular project reviews and provide transparent, data-driven status updates to key stakeholders.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience using and creating operations dashboards with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and VBA
Effective communication skills with internal teams and external customers
Preferably 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply
