Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Warehouse & Logistics Executive to support daily warehouse operations within the F&B industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory storage, stock movement, container unloading, and operating warehouse equipment while ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.

• Perform daily warehouse, logistics, and storage operations.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods accurately.
• Operate the ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) for stock put-away and retrieval.
• Load, unload, and move goods safely using a forklift.
• Perform container unstuffing and arrange goods for storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Conduct stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory SOP.
• Familiarity with food hygiene and warehouse safety standards.
• Update inventory records and warehouse data using Microsoft Excel and other inventory system.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• 2- 3 years in warehouse operations or related experience, preferably in the F&B Industry.
• Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory recording and reporting.
• Able to operate an Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).
• Experience in container unstuffing and warehouse receiving operations.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Valid Forklift License.
• Short Notice period.
