Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the management to drive business growth, analyse market trends, and propose strategic initiatives to enhance revenue.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

• Generate qualified sales leads and do prospecting through networking, cold calls, and digital outreach.
• Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals to secure sustained revenue.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with company goals.
• Monitor customer preferences and market trends to adjust sales focus.
• Draft business proposals and contracts.
• Report on progress against targets and suggest improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Possess minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in technical sales.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Possess analytical thinking and market research skills.
• Able to build trust and long-term partnerships.
• Proven track record in sales or business development.
