YOUR ROLE
As the Human Resources Shared Services Supervisor within the HR Administration division, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the smooth operation of the Shared Services team. This position is based in our Singapore office at Changi Business Park Avenue, within the Logistics Human Resources business unit.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will supervise a team responsible for delivering efficient shared HR services, focusing on employee data management, and administrative support. Your leadership will ensure compliance with internal policies and Singapore labour regulations, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service quality.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Shared Services team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR administration services.
- Manage employee data integrity in HR information systems and ensure confidential handling of sensitive information.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding HR administration inquiries.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Continuously review and improve existing processes, implementing best practices to optimise shared services operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management on metrics and HR administration activities.
- Facilitate training and knowledge sharing for the team to build capabilities and maintain compliance with evolving regulations.
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields with at least 5 years’ experience in HR shared services, in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment regulations and legislation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS), with a keen eye for data accuracy and detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimisation and customer service excellence.
- High degree of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
