IT Support Engineer (Rotating Shift)

Provide daily IT support, maintenance, and troubleshooting both onsite and remotely.
- Deliver on-site assistance for systems, network, and desktop issues, ensuring services meet SLA requirements.
- Collaborate with the product team on system enhancements and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT or a related field.
- Preferably experienced in desktop support with solid knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking.
- Prior experience in a customer support environment is an advantage.
- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-focused mindset and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM).
