IT Support Engineer - ITIL / Troubleshooting / Network / System

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for service requests, including issue tracking and documentation
  • Assist in communicating with customers and providing updates
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests
  • Support preventive maintenance activities such as routine checks and firmware updates based on contract schedules
  • Manage and update internal inventory records and related documentation
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in technical support, service operations, or basic logistics coordination
  • Experience in a technology-driven or service delivery environment is an advantage
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests and ensure deadlines are met
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and service workflows
  • Experience troubleshooting system or network-related issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
