Responsibilities:

Provide support for service requests, including issue tracking and documentation
Assist in communicating with customers and providing updates
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests
Support preventive maintenance activities such as routine checks and firmware updates based on contract schedules
Manage and update internal inventory records and related documentation

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Network Engineering, or a related field
At least 2–3 years of experience in technical support, service operations, or basic logistics coordination
Experience in a technology-driven or service delivery environment is an advantage
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)
Ability to manage multiple service requests and ensure deadlines are met
Basic knowledge of IT systems and service workflows
Experience troubleshooting system or network-related issues
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment
