Key Responsibilities
  • Create Purchase Orders (PO) in the system(Million System)
  • Issue PO to suppliers via email
  • Maintain and update PO / PR tracking records
  • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation and delivery status
  • Support documentation and filing of procurement records
  • Assist Purchaser in day-to-day administrative tasks
