About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to support recruitment, staff engagement initiatives, onboarding, finance coordination, and general administrative functions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys organising processes, supporting people, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You Will Do
Recruitment & Temp Staff Management- Post job advertisements on job portals and support candidate coordination
- Assist in the recruitment and management of temporary staff
- Support billing processes related to temp staffing
- Support planning and operational execution of staff welfare and organisational development events
- Coordinate logistics, event setup, and procurement of supplies
- Develop EDMs and simple visual content for internal events, initiatives, and announcements
- Update employee information and maintain accurate records
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Assist with financial reporting and data consolidation
- Support audit-related data collation and information dissemination
- Assist with general administrative duties and facilities management matters
- Provide ad-hoc operational support as required
- Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working across HR, events, admin, and finance-related tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in HR, admin, or operations support is advantageous
