As an Operations Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversees daily clinic operations.
- Lead and manage the clinical and operations staff.
- Provide and maintain the high standard of service and clinical quality.
- Develop the business and submit the reports on a timely manner.
- Ensure the business objectives and targets are met.
- Attend to feedbacks and complaints promptly.
- Investigate the root of causes, and following up with corrective & preventive actions.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business Management or Healthcare related field.
