About Us

Recirculate IT is a fast-growing refurbished laptop company dealing in high-volume sales across Shopee, Carousell, and export markets.

We are looking for someone to take ownership of our online retail store operations and drive sales performance.

We are looking for someone who treats this like their own store.

Job Responsibilities

E-commerce Operations

Create and upload product listings (Shopee, Carousell, etc.)
Write clear, high-converting titles and descriptions
Ensure accurate pricing and product details

Content & Product Handling

Take product photos (phone is sufficient)
Maintain clean, consistent listing quality

Customer Service

Reply to enquiries promptly and professionally
Assist customers and close sales

Ads & Growth

Manage basic platform ads (Shopee Ads, etc.)
Monitor competitor pricing and improve listings

Order & Admin

Generate invoices and manage order flow
Coordinate with warehouse team for fulfilment

Consistent daily product uploads
Fast response time to customers
Ability to contribute to sales growth
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
Familiar with Shopee / Carousell or similar platforms
Basic understanding of e-commerce or online selling
Able to work fast and handle multiple tasks
Good communication skills (English required)
Responsible, disciplined, and results-driven

Bonus (not required):

Experience in e-commerce or marketplace sales
Experience with Shopee Ads
Basic Canva / photo editing skills
Salary & Benefits
Salary: $2,500 – $4,000 (based on experience)

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role.

We are looking for someone who can execute and deliver results, not just perform admin tasks
Daily performance and output will be measured

Interview Requirement: Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a live sample listing task (30–40 minutes).

We will assess speed, quality, and sales thinking.

Candidates who are unable to perform will not be considered.
