Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails and appointment scheduling.
  • Attend to walk-in clients and manage front desk operations.
  • Register clients and pets, prepare and process required documentation.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Support veterinary staff with basic coordination duties when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and clinic area.
  • Manage administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or front desk experience (healthcare or veterinary clinic experience preferred).
  • Computer literate.
