About the Role

We are seeking Front Desk / Sales Coordinator / Indoor Sales Executives to handle customer interactions, inbound/outbound calls, and front desk duties. This role is suitable for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Attend to customers and manage front desk reception duties
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Conduct telemarketing or follow-up calls as required
• Schedule appointments and maintain call or customer records
• Update customer information in systems and databases
• Support administrative tasks related to customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent
• Prior experience in front desk, telemarketing, or call center role is an advantage
• Good verbal communication skills and customer service mindset
• Comfortable with phone-based work
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
