• Track participation, maintain programme records, and support reporting and administrative activities.

• Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in community engagement, events, communications, or programme coordination.
• Experience organizing events, workshops, or training programmes.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in collaboration and project management tools.
• Passion for building communities and creating engaging learning experiences.
