In this role, you will be responsible for front desk operations, administrative functions, and provide HR support. This includes professionally welcoming clients , handling communications , managing office supplies and records , coordinating meetings , assisting with corporate card reconciliations , and supporting HR tasks like interview scheduling and onboarding.

This dynamic role requires a professional eager to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of a busy office environment within the financial sector.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or a related discipline. We welcome candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support, human resources coordination, and/or front desk reception roles.

Prior experience in banking and financial institutions is highly advantageous. We also welcome applicants from the airline industry, given their strong customer service orientation and ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key competencies include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
