Job Responsibilities

To receive and check delivery of clean linen and uniforms from laundry vendor. Ensure guest laundry is clean according to Hotel standard before returning it to guest.
To sort and check uniforms, Rooms and F&B linen
To issue uniforms.
To send soiled linen, uniforms and guest laundry to laundry vendor.
To assist with the operation of mini laundry.
To patch torn linen, mend and alter uniforms, curtains, etc., replace missing and broken buttons and zips (when needed).
To receive and store delivery of new linen and uniforms.
To mark new line and uniforms.
To assist in taking uniform and linen inventories.
To do minor upholstery repairs, alter curtains in guest rooms and public areas.
To sew costumes, tray cloths, aprons, baby blankets, etc (when necessary).
To repair or alter clothes of guests upon requests.
To do housekeeping in Linen Room.
Any other suitable task as and when assigned by the Executive Housekeeper/ Housekeeping Manager/ Housekeeping Executive/ Senior Housekeeping Supervisor/ Housekeeping Supervisor.
