Toa Payoh - Key Account Manager

We’re patterning with our client on an outlook for a driven and hands-on Key Account Manager to lead and grow our supermarket retail presence across Singapore. This role will take charge of managing key retail accounts (e.g., FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, Sheng Siong), ensuring strong sales performance, account profitability, and execution of in-store activations and trade promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with buyers and retail partners, negotiating annual terms, driving listings, and managing JBPs.
• Lead sales planning, promotional execution, and retail expansion across supermarket chains and e-commerce channels.
• Analyze POS and sell-through data, optimize trade spend ROI, and ensure visibility and on-shelf availability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure flawless execution and alignment with business goals.
• Beyond KAM scope, contribute flexibly to other areas such as new channel development, market intelligence, or operational improvement based on your strengths.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of KAM experience in FMCG or beverage, preferably with supermarket retail exposure in Singapore.
• Proven commercial acumen with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, roll-up-your-sleeves environment where ownership and agility matter.
• Familiarity with local compliance, data tools.
• Fluency in English. Mandarin/Malay is a bonus.
