A confidential multinational organization with operations across Southeast Asia is seeking a Regional Senior Business Analyst to support transformation and process enhancement initiatives across its operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and China.Reporting directly to the CEO office, this high-impact role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning business process improvements with the organizations long-term objectives through system-driven innovation.
The Challenges- Stakeholder Engagement & Business AnalysisPartner with stakeholders across four countries to gather requirements, analyze business workflows, and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Process ImprovementMap, assess, and refine business processes across markets, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- System Expertise & EnablementServe as the product and system expert, guiding business units on system utilization and enhancements.
- Project ManagementLead or support strategic initiatives across the region, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability.
Deliver high-quality documentation, progress tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
What It Takes- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or systems/process improvement, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and cultures, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems or enterprise platforms is a strong plus.
