What you'll be doing?- Develop sales strategies: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to create and implement effective sales plans that drive growth and achieve targets.
- Explore new opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue fresh business prospects to expand the company's client base and market share.
- Nurture client relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Generate insightful reports: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, pipelines, and performance updates to guide strategic decision-making.
- Stay market-savvy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Foster cross-team collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless, high-quality service delivery to clients.
- Educational background: Holders of a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field. We welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds who can demonstrate relevant skills and passion for the role.
- Sales experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in hunter sales role, within the freight forwarding and logistic industry.
- Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of international shipping processes, customs clearance, and trade documentation. We value candidates who are eager to learn and expand their expertise in these areas.
- Mobility: Must possess own car and a valid driver's license to facilitate client visits and business operations.
Other Information:
- Working Day: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Office Location: Changi Business Park Central 2, Singapore 486031
- Salary: Assistant Manager $4500-$5500, Manager: up to $7000
- Transport, parking, and mobile allowance is provided
- Benefit: AL start from 16 days, AWS 13th month bonus is provided
