Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) to join their team!

  • Working Day: 5 days
  • Working Hour: 830am-530pm / 9am-6pm
  • Working Location: Changi Logistics Centre
  • Salary Range: $2500-$3,200
  • 14 days Annual Leave, AWS, Performance Bonus, Variable Bonus
What you'll be doing?
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Use your expertise to deliver top-notch service, aiming for maximum customer satisfaction and identifying new opportunities.
  • Maintain Quality: Uphold consistent quality control, standardize procedures, and set clear customer service expectations.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to provide accurate information and handle inquiries, concerns, and requests related to quotations and operations.
  • Handle Shipments: Manage shipment activations, coordinate with customers for various shipments, and liaise with overseas agents for shipment activities.
  • Document Management: Complete all required documentations on time, ensuring a smooth import and export process.
Who are they looking for?
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or a related field, especially in import and export duties.
  • Education: At least Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding / Shipping or any relevant.
  • Team Player: A team player with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
