Hiring: Admin Assistant (Engineering / Project Support)

Looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily operations in the engineering industry.

Job Scope:

Prepare quotations, invoices & basic documents
Liaise with clients, suppliers & workers
Handle emails, scheduling & coordination works
Assist with project/admin documentation submissions
Maintain records, filing & follow-up tasks
Manage inventory and ensure proper housekeeping of workplace
Support day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Able to communicate well in English & Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Responsible, organized & willing to learn
Able to multitask and work independently
Stays around North-West region will be preferred.

Working Environment: ✔ Small team environment

✔ Friendly and supportive working culture
✔ Training will be provided

Location: Mandai Estate, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm
*Salary: To be discussed based on experience
Increment & Bonus will be given based on performance & review.
