NATURE OF BUSINESS : SECURITY SYSTEMS / SCANNING SYSTEMS

Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineers in the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment. Diagnose errors and technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Support Engineers in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Produce timely and detailed reports regarding maintenance activities, project status, and any issues or delays.
• Follow all company field processes and protocols to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform any other engineering-related tasks as assigned by senior engineers or management.
• Able to perform 24/7 Standby when required.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree - Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Others
• Entry-level candidate or with experiences
• On-the-job training provided.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

NATURE OF BUSINESS : SECURITY SYSTEMS / BMS / ELV

Responsibilities:

• Perform the maintenance service in a proper and correct manner as stated on the checklist.
• Attend emergency breakdown service as instructed by the team leader.
• Carry out testing & commissioning for A&A work and run the small size of project.
• Provide technical support to the Application Team.
• Co-ordinate with the Project and Application departments and provide necessary support when required by the Team Leader.
• Attend joint testing with Project/ Application Dept, if required upon instruction from the Team Leader.
• Liaise with sub-contractor to perform site survey for A&A work and provide detailed information on equipment quantity and method for the installation to the senior to prepare quotation.
• Ensure workmanship and quality of any equipment to be installed at site.
• Conduct in-house training when is required.
• Perform standby duty and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Min 1-2 years’ experience in security systems / ELV / BMS
• No experience also welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge in network and security systems, able to troubleshoot and rectify the network and systems related issues.

NATURE OF BUSINESS : IT / TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Attend site inspection and site coordination
• Check and supervise sensor lighting installation works
• Monitor work progress and ensure work completion on schedule
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of lighting/sensor systems
• Support fiber splicing and AutoCAD drawing coordination when required
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation
• Attend site meetings and coordinate rectification works

Requirements:

• Min ITE / Diploma in Engineering / IT / Others
• Entry-level candidate or with experiences
• On-the-job training provided
