Job Description:

We are an established recruitment and talent solutions agency looking for results-driven and articulate individuals to join our growth team as Part-Time or Freelance Business Development Associates.

This is an outbound corporate outreach (B2B) role focused purely on brand introduction, lead generation, and appointment scheduling. You will not be conducting employment agency work, screening candidates, or closing deals. Your primary focus is establishing the initial contact with corporate decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound cold calls and follow-ups to corporate companies (HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, and Business Owners) utilizing a structured brand script and provided corporate contact lists.
  • Introduce our agency's recruitment and talent solutions services professionally to uncover corporate hiring needs.
  • Secure and schedule qualified business appointments/meetings for our licensed recruitment consultants.
  • Update call records, lead statuses, and appointment details accurately in our internal tracking system (Google Sheets/CRM).
  • Maintain a high standard of professional communication and brand representation during all corporate interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident telephone manner.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, corporate cold-calling, or customer service roles is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently from a remote/hybrid environment while meeting structured KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills to track call outcomes and schedule appointments efficiently.

Compensation:

  • Position Type: Flexible Part-Time / Freelance contract arrangements available.
  • Base Hourly Rate: S$12 – S$18 per hour (Commensurate with experience).
  • Performance Incentive: Performance-based commission scheme tied directly to meeting appointment KPIs (earn attractive bonuses for every qualified meeting successfully secured).
  • Working Hours: Flexible scheduling within standard commercial office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Minimum commitment of 16 to 20 hours per week.
