The Sales Admin Executive will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales orders. The candidate should have experience working with SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all orders are fulfilled in accordance with customer requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support, including preparing quotations, proposals and invoices.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions and ensure data integrity in SAP.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to provide insights to the management team.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales administration or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
