As we grow, we’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who embodies our hospitality philosophy. Someone warm, organized, and proactive in building long-term relationships with our guests and partners.
Position Overview:The CRM plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, maintaining client relationships, and supporting community engagement. You’ll manage customer feedback, reservations, partnerships, and loyalty programmes to strengthen EarlyAfter’s reputation for thoughtful service.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily customer communication across all channels (in-person, social, and digital)
- Manage reservations, private event inquiries, and corporate partnerships
- Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Work with the marketing team to plan customer engagement campaigns and loyalty programmes
- Coordinate special occasions (e.g., birthdays, corporate events, collaborations)
- Maintain a CRM database to track guest preferences and visit patterns
- Support front-of-house operations during peak hours to ensure smooth service
- Experienced in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or F&B management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Professional, polished, and confident in handling guest relations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with reservation or CRM systems
- A genuine passion for hospitality and building connections
