About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional client support. You will be the first line of defense in resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-level technical support by analyzing, prioritizing, and responding to support tickets within service levels.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify, assess, and resolve technical issues professionally and promptly.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for software, network, database, and system-related incidents.
- Collaborate with development and maintenance teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Support system testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring activities.
- Monitor and maintain software security updates, patches, and dependencies to ensure compliance.
- Deliver on-site technical support at client offices and Data Centers across Singapore.
- Participate in shift rotations for deployments, maintenance, and operational support.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions.
- Recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
- Adhere to organizational procedures, support standards, and best practices.
- Continuously enhance technical knowledge to support evolving technologies.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to participate in shift rotations and provide on-site support
