About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional client support. You will be the first line of defense in resolving technical issues, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support by analyzing, prioritizing, and responding to support tickets within service levels.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify, assess, and resolve technical issues professionally and promptly.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for software, network, database, and system-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with development and maintenance teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Support system testing, deployment, and post-deployment monitoring activities.
  • Monitor and maintain software security updates, patches, and dependencies to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver on-site technical support at client offices and Data Centers across Singapore.
  • Participate in shift rotations for deployments, maintenance, and operational support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions.
  • Recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with clients, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Adhere to organizational procedures, support standards, and best practices.
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge to support evolving technologies.
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to participate in shift rotations and provide on-site support
