IT Technical Support Engineer (L1)
Location: School Environment (deployment based on assignment)Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract
Salary: Up to $2,500/month (commensurate with experience) + Yearly Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site IT support and troubleshooting, resolving a wide range of technical issues.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, AV equipment, and tablets.
- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software such as Microsoft Office, antivirus tools, and educational applications.
- Handle and transport mobile IT asset carts/trolleys (up to 100 kg).
- Support ad-hoc IT tasks and technical requests as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT technical support.
- Good command of English, with strong communication skills to liaise with school staff and vendors.
- Comfortable working in a school environment and interacting with students and staff.
