HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Central) JT (ID: 678850) - Toa Payoh

Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of HR Executive / Senior HR Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR hiring operation duties, e.g.: candidates profiles filing, interviews schedule coordination and other admin support to ensure the smooth and prompt hiring procedures in the Group companies.
• Support the Group companies on boarding and offboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resources files, employment records and necessary documentations for the Group companies.
• Support, coordinate and administer training related matters for the Group companies.
• Support and administer HR Management system for the Group companies, address inquiries from the employees.
• Any other HR Ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR recruitment or HR system maintenance is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different parties in the region.
• Independent, well-organized and able to handle multi-tasks assigned.
• Responsible, efficient and meticulous for all the details.
