Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development activities
• Handle employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Ensure HR policies and practices align with local labor laws and research ethics standards
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports, data analysis, and compliance audits
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research units and administrative departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally within healthcare, medical research, or science-based organizations
• Familiarity with local labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory documentation
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
