Sales Account Manager (Semicon)

Management of assigned accounts:
- Managed assigned accounts - Act as the first-point-of-contact for customer’s vacuum needs
- Management of current sales cycle
- Generate new business for both products and service
- Responsible for sales & service budget
- Manage service enquiries – repair, exchange or upgrading
- Resolve conflicts in a timely manner
- Report on the current status of the account and sales transactions
- Monitor sales and service measurable
- Develop long term relationship with Key Appointment Holders within the accounts
- Suggest actions for sales and service performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Act as a team member within the world-wide metrics of the account.
- Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
- Hands on experience in direct sales
- Known ability as a problem solver and for conflict resolution
- Understand sales reporting metric
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong reactivity to customer’s request
- Project management skills
- Bsc/BEng/Diploma in Mechanical preferred
- Possess own vehicle
