What you'll do as a Customer Support Associate!

As Customer Support Associate, you'll be the friendly and reassuring first point of contact for customers. You will:
Handle enquiries and appointment requests via phone, email, and live chat- Provide timely, accurate and warm service that makes customers feel heard
- Deepen your sense of empathy as every interaction you make helps someone access the healthcare they need
- Be a problem solver by working across various departments to ensure smooth and efficient issue resolution
- Be a strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Play a key role in enhancing our overall customer experience

What You Bring- Clear and confident communication with excellent phone etiquette.
- Service-oriented mindset, active listening skills and a desire to help others.
- Proficient typing speed and able to coordinate and toggle between various systems.
- Willingness to work a 5.25-day week (alternate half-day Saturdays).
- 1 year of customer service or call centre or healthcare experience is a plus.
- Ability to converse in other languages (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil) is highly advantageous as you may be required to handle non-English speaking callers.
- Competitive salary with AWS + performance and variable bonus.

- 12-month contract, renewable or convertible to permanent, subject to your performance.
- GCE ‘O'/‘A' Levels or Polytechnic Diploma.
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Customer Support Associate position.

Profile description:
Skills crucial to success in this role!- At least 1 year of professional customer service experience in a call centre will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Passion for service excellence
- Computer literate, with good typing and active listening skills
- Ability to attend to enquiries from Mandarin-speaking customers will be an advantage
- A strong team player and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Able to commit to 5.25 days (Alternate Saturday) workweek schedule; Staff will be rostered to work on half day Saturday schedule
Note:
- This position will be required to undergo training at Woodlands Polyclinic for 3 to 4 months.
- This position will utimately be based in StarhHub Green (Nearest MRT: Macpherson).
- Candidates with relevant years of experience could be considered for a senior role.
- GCE 'O'/'A' Level or Diploma (Polytechnic)
