Administrative Assistant (Service Industry)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced service environment. The role involves coordinating administrative tasks, supporting front-line teams, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to operations and service teams
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins (if applicable)
- Coordinate appointments, bookings, or service schedules
- Prepare reports, invoices, and service documentation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Support inventory tracking and ordering of supplies
- Assist with basic billing, payments, or cashiering duties (if required)
- Ensure office and service areas are well-organized
- Qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or Diploma
- 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience (service industry preferred)
- Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in hospitality, retail, healthcare, or F&B environment
- Familiarity with booking systems / POS systems
- Basic knowledge of invoicing or accounting processes
- Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SGD 2,200 – 3,000/month (depending on experience)
- Overtime pay (if applicable)

- Working hours: 5.5-day work week (include weekends if required)
