International Partnerships & Student Recruitment Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic collaboration opportunities for MDIS in the India Market.
- Collaborate closely with the IB team leads and heads of school to plan and execute targeted programme marketing and recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with the Group MARCOM department to design and implement localized and digital campaigns, recruitment initiatives and marketing events
- Work with the student admission team and cross functional departments to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for prospective students, alumni and partners.
- Plan and manage workshops and campus familiarization tours for agents, prospective students, and parents.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with parents and students regarding new programme initiatives, academic results, operational changes, deadlines, and other administrative updates.
- Stay informed of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to Edutrust, SSG, and other statutory bodies governing international student recruitment.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems to support recruitment efforts.
- Provide sales and marketing support by engaging actively with overseas agents.
- Organize and manage both digital and physical files in accordance with established procedures.
- Support the International Business Marketing team with efficient data entry and timely document submission
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors
Job requirement:
- Educational Qualification: Preferably a recognized bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Established track record in sales and personnel management
- Prior experience in student recruitment for India.
- At least 3 Years of working experience in private education, international schools or training center with strong knowledge and understanding of student recruitment and market
- Lead, facilitate and implement branding initiatives and cross channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, mature, proactive, and self-motivated
