Chief of Staff (for CEO) - Toa Payoh

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and driven Chief of Staff to support the CEO in leading strategic initiatives, improving operational effectiveness, and building organizational alignment. This is a key leadership role that sits at the heart of the business; translating vision into execution, ensuring accountability across teams, and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

You will work closely with the leadership team to manage high-impact projects, streamline processes, and shape a strong, collaborative company culture. The ideal candidate is resourceful, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that values both precision and people.

• Support the CEO in translating business vision into actionable plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and ownership.
• Track and report organizational performance, highlighting progress and challenges in achieving strategic goals.
• Drive cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment between business functions.
• Oversee key transformation or governance initiatives across the company.
• Prepare for and facilitate executive meetings, from agenda setting to follow-up actions.
• Lead or support organizational development initiatives such as leadership alignment, talent reviews, and culture programs.
• Serve as a trusted representative of the CEO in communications with senior leaders, board members, or external partners.

• Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in strategy, operations, or management consulting.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of discretion, maturity, and sound judgment.
• Comfortable working across diverse teams and managing multiple priorities.
