Position: Chief of Staff (COS)
Reporting: Group Managing Director/CEO

Role overview
The COS will be responsible for the strategic operations and effective support of the CEO overseeing performance, compliance and operational efficiency across multiple entities. The COS will also ensure execution of group priorities, streamlines decision making and drive improvement initiatives across the group’s financial services portfolio.
Key responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and performance metrics across business units
- Monitor and enhance workflow efficiency, reporting structures and team performance
- Work closely with the management team to ensure operational alignment and policy compliance
- Lead internal projects such as system enhancements, workflow automation and customer service improvement
- Manage manpower deployment, branch performance tracking and KPI management
- Support the CEO with strategic execution, reporting and inter-company coordination
- Degree in business or finance management
- 5-8 years of leadership experience in operations, consumer finance or retail management
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Hands-on, decisive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
