The 67 Pall Mall Customer Service Ambassador will greet and welcome guests and Members appropriately, guiding them correctly to their desired destination.

Key areas of responsibility
  • Understanding of the booking system to confidently make reservations for the Members.
  • Confident communication via phone, email, or in person.
  • Polite and friendly greeting of incoming guests.
  • Showing the guests to their table once it is ready, seat them.
  • Ability to liaise between the diners and other members of the staff to ensure the customer receives satisfying service.
  • Drawing up booking schedule sheets
  • Completing daily reports
  • Minor cleaning duties of the reception area.
Requirements
  • Good customer service skills, honesty, and reliability.
  • Previous experience of working with the public, particularly in a customer service role.
  • Have a polite and helpful manner.
  • Have a smart personal appearance.
  • Be well organized.
  • Be reliable and responsible.
  • Use initiative for recognizing when additional tasks need to be done.
  • Can work well alone and in a team.
  • Can deal with busy times calmly and professionally.
