Equity Analyst

We are currently working with an Investment Management Firm with a long‑term, fundamental investment approach managing public equity strategies. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Equity Analyst/Investment Director to join their investment team, with primary responsibility for China equities.
Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth, bottom‑up research on Chinese equities across relevant sectors and markets, including company analysis, industry research, and competitive positioning. Build and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation frameworks to support investment recommendations and risk‑return assessment.
Identify, develop, and present high‑conviction investment ideas aligned with a long‑term, fundamental investment philosophy. Monitor existing portfolio holdings, track company and sector developments, and provide ongoing analysis to support portfolio management decisions.
Prepare written investment notes, research updates, and presentations for internal discussion, contributing actively to investment meetings and portfolio reviews. Qualifications At least 10 - 15 years of experience in equity analysis, equity research, or related fields.
Prior coverage of China equities is required. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CPA, or advanced qualifications (e.g. MBA) preferred. Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). If you are interested, apply online today.
