Equity Research Analyst

Role Overview:
We are seeking a sharp, intellectually curious Equity Research Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth fundamental research on global large-cap companies across sectors
- Analyse company financials, industry dynamics, and competitive positioning
- Develop and articulate an investment thesis based on independent thinking and thorough analysis
- Work closely with portfolio managers and other analysts in a highly collaborative process
- Monitor existing investments and update views as new information becomes available
- Communicate ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally
- Prepare and present investment theses and strategies to internal and external parties, and to support our business development activities

Preferred Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a rigorous academic program
- Experienced candidates who display rigorous analytical skills, whether from investing, consulting, banking, or other problem-solving areas.
- Passion for investing and markets, including your personal investments
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin so as to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
