Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and self-motivated Freelance Corporate Sales Representative to promote and sell our first aid and life support training programmes to corporate clients. This is a flexible role ideal for individuals with an existing network or sales background who are passionate about health and safety training.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, schools, and organisations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR, training, and safety departments.
• Present and promote SERA’s training programmes tailored to client needs.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
• Achieve sales targets based on successful enrolments.
• Collaborate with internal operations team to ensure smooth course delivery post-sale.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales using provided tools.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in training, education, or health & safety sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with MOM, SCDF, and industry requirements for first aid training is a plus.
• Singapore-based or with knowledge of local market and regulations.

• Commission-based structure, paid per confirmed and completed training contract.
• Tiered commission may be applicable for high-performing freelancers.
