Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online and Retail Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing sales both in-store and through online platforms. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, processing orders, and contributing to overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales:

  • Act as the main point of contact for department store partners (e.g., Metro, Robinsons, etc.).
  • Coordinate retail sales activities, promotional plans, and product launches with department store buyers and floor managers.
  • Ensure proper product placement, pricing, and promotional signage within partner stores.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking in collaboration with logistics and supply chain teams.
  • Conduct regular visits to department stores to review merchandising, staff training, and in-store displays.

Online Sales:

  • Manage and process online orders through e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Lazada).
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate online listings.
  • Assist in creating and updating product listings and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage and fulfill online sales orders via e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings with clear images and descriptions.
  • Track performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize online sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to run digital campaigns aligned with in-store promotions.

General Duties:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in regular sales training and team meetings.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inventory teams to ensure cohesive customer experience across channels.

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail or online sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP system and e-commerce tools.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online merchandising is a plus.
