About the role

As the Program Manager (Logistics) at Loyang Prime Trading & Services Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the company's logistics operations. This full-time position is based in the Changi Airport East Region, where you will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and optimisation of the company's logistics processes.

What you'll be doing
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive logistics plans to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products and services
  2. Manage and coordinate the activities of the logistics team, including scheduling, resource allocation and performance monitoring
  3. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of the logistics function
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with the company's broader objectives
  5. Analyse logistics data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
  6. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers and other logistics partners
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  2. Demonstrated expertise in logistics planning, operations and project management
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting, using relevant software tools
  6. Familiarity with logistics-related regulations, industry standards and best practices
  7. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
