Program Lead / Program Manager (Business Unit)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage customer programs and product manufacturing lifecycle from NPI to mass production.
2. Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, including engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and production.
3. Develop and manage program timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time project execution.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical, operational, and supply chain issues impacting program schedules.
5. Monitor production performance, including yield, cycle time, and delivery commitments.
6. Manage customer requirements, change requests, and engineering changes (ECO/ECN).
7. Track program KPIs, cost, schedule, and risk management to maintain program health.
8. Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and status reporting.
9. Work closely with process engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product ramp-up and stable production.
10. Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the direct superior.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in program management, project management, or customer program leadership.
2. Proven experience handling NPI programs, product ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
3. Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and NPI processes.
4. Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, including yield, cycle time, OEE, and throughput.
5. Proficiency in program management tools, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
8. Excellent organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in [semiconductor / electronics / relevant industry] manufacturing environment.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
