Finance Executive
Location: SingaporeReporting to: Senior Accountant
Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Finance team.
The Finance Executive will support daily accounting and finance operations, gaining hands-on exposure to financial reporting, trade documentation, and working capital management within a commodities trading environment.
This role offers strong learning opportunities and structured development within the finance function.
Key Responsibilities- Accounting Support
- Assist in processing accounts payables and receivables
- Support data entry of journal entries in SAP/ERP
- Assist with bank and account reconciliations and cash flow projections
- Support month-end closing activities
- Trade & Operational Finance Support
- Assist in verifying invoices against contracts and shipping documents
- Support tracking of receivables and payables
- Help maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
- Assist in monitoring trade-related transactions
- Assist in credit insurance application and bank verification process
- Compliance & Administration
- Ensure accurate filing and documentation of financial records
- Support preparation of reports and schedules
- Assist with audit and statutory requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- ERP (SAP) Basic Experience
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethics
