Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organised Operations Executive to support our daily operational activities. The role involves coordinating deliveries, managing equipment servicing, and ensuring smooth operational support.

• Coordinate and manage drivers for daily delivery operations
• Arrange and coordinate repair and maintenance for customers’ equipment
• Manage and track company assets, including collection and returns
• Assist in arranging vehicles for servicing or repairs when required
• Occasionally support delivery operations during peak periods when drivers are unavailable
• Handle operational matters and respond to urgent situations when necessary

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
• Able to respond to urgent operational matters (mobile phone contact required)
• Responsible, organised, and able to coordinate with drivers and customers
• Team player with good communication skills

• 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 1 rest day per week

• If work is required on Sundays or overtime, time-off in lieu will be provided
• Colleagues will assist with operational tasks; no heavy lifting required
