Sales and Customer Operations Executive

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to enquiries from the general mailbox, ensuring timely and professional replies.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on BPO operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
• Provide operational support for customer service activities when required, including outside regular working hours if necessary.
• Support finance operations by preparing billing data and generating invoices for corporate clients.
• Verify and process invoices from landlords and coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports for corporate clients and landlords.
• Respond to billing-related enquiries and resolve invoicing issues promptly to ensure on-time payments.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the Sales Ops and Customer Ops teams.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to support operational needs outside of regular working hours when required.
